summertime

we spent most of the holiday weekend at the beach.
the days were hot but the water was still ice cold.

this summer we will be invited to 3 weddings which throws me into a tizzy. i am looking forward to the wedding part but I would rather go to the dentist than shop for a dress. in fact i try to avoid malls whenever possible. so i ran around during my lunch hour and threw on a bunch of dresses and found NOTHING! nothing fits, nothing is reasonably priced, nothing is my style...ugh. does anyone have a tried and true store or online shop where i can find a nice, not 2 fancy, not 2 pricey, comfortable dress to get me through the season?? i'll let you know how it turns out...
